The staff and PT are wonderful people who worked hard to help me feel better! They gave me simple exercises to work on at home and they made specific changes to meet my needs, as well as suggesting alternatives if I needed it. They recommended specific tools I could use to help with my recovery outside of my appointments, and gave clear instructions on how to use them. I was there for TMJ therapy, so besides exercises/stretches with supervision to make sure I was doing it correctly and also adjusting to my needs, I also received dry needling treatment and then eventually incorporated a tens unit. The dry needling with the tens unit is honestly the best thing in the world- it helped so much and I've made such great improvement! I think I can attribute a lot of my recovery to the friendly atmosphere and kind people working there- they made me feel welcomed, they never made me feel stressed out about my recovery process, and they kept a fun atmosphere which made PT that much more enjoyable. I felt very taken care of at FSPT and I sincerely recommend coming here for your own PT needs.

At my advanced age, I was a little worried about total knee replacement, but the staff at First settlement, physical therapy did an excellent job in helping me to regain the best possible results and thank them for their hard work and dedication with just the right amount of push to achieve my goal. I would certainly give them an A+ recommendation to anyone who needs this type of physical therapy

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with FSPT. Professional, courteous, caring…. Everyone at my location We’re awesome. I’m going above and beyond what was asked. I like to give a special shout out to Jeb. He got me whipped back into shape. He’s a good man.

Before I began therapy my knee was giving me so much pain. I couldn’t do my normal daily activities. I couldn’t walk up stairs leading with the correct leg. I didn’t rest well at night due to the pressure on my knee from laying in bed. I had to use pillows under my knee to be comfortable. I began to see improvement shortly after I started therapy with First Settlement PT and continued to see improvement throughout my time there. The therapists there were wonderful. They explained the exercises to me. They were encouraging. They listened to be . After completing six weeks of therapy I feel like my old self. I’m doing things around the house that I was not able to do before therapy. I couldn’t be happier with my therapy experience. I highly recommend First Settlement Physical Therapy.

First Settlement Physical Therapy is fantastic! Highly recommend this PT provider. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I went to PT for a knee injury for several months and they helped get me back to walking and moving comfortably. Big shout out to Jeb who was my main PT. He made PT fun! Thank you also to Scott and Sarah! I really appreciate all you guys did for me! Hopefully I won’t need PT in the future, but if I do, this is where I will come.

If you are a person who loves top shelf things, you will love fspt 10 th St. Huntington. I suffered a complicated trimolialer ankle fracture. When I began PT I was in a boot, still in consistent pain and could hobble only a few blocks to catch a bus. Six weeks and 12 sessions later I was able to walk with no brace for 4 miles with 3 breaks. I'm almost 65 years old and was honestly thinking there was little chance of walking and playing pickleball again but fspt helped me regain both my ability and confidence. First class therapy all the way. ✌️😁✌️

FSPT is a wonderful place to go. I’ve referred patients there and have been myself. They are all friendly and fun. They make great strides in patient care and insure each person feels welcome.

The staff at FSP is very knowledgeable and friendly. They use conversation with you as part of the planning for treatment. You are in charge of your PT. They encourage you to do your best all the time. You are a person and not just a body that they have to work on. They treat you with respect. I would recommend them to anyone.
